HOUSE MUSIC 2026
How did you first get into music production, and who is your biggest inspiration?
My introduction to music production came from a deep-rooted passion for dance music and the energy it creates on the dance floor. Being born and raised in Los Angeles with Salvadorian heritage, I was heavily influenced by Latin rhythms growing up—salsa, merengue, and bachata all played a role in shaping my musical foundation. As I evolved, I gravitated toward house and tech house, which ultimately led me into production. Artists like Axwell and Mark Knight, along with the broader Toolroom movement, have been key inspirations in terms of crafting records that are both sonically polished and impactful in a club setting.
What is the story behind your latest release/mashup?
My latest release/mashup was driven by the idea of merging my Latin influences with modern house energy in a way that feels authentic and effective on the dance floor. A lot of my creative process starts during live sets—reading the crowd, testing sounds, and understanding what resonates in real time. This particular track was developed from that experience, then refined in the studio to ensure it delivers both musically and emotionally.
What is the most memorable moment from your recent live sets?
One of the standout moments from my recent performances was during a rooftop pool event where the energy was completely aligned from start to finish. There was a specific point in the set where I introduced one of my records, and the crowd reacted instantly—it created a real sense of connection and momentum. Those are the moments that define why I do this: when the music, the setting, and the audience all come together.
What are your main goals for your music career this year?
This year is focused on growth and consistency across all areas of my career. I’m aiming to increase my release output, collaborate with more artists, and continue working with respected labels in the house music space. Expanding my presence beyond Los Angeles is also a priority, alongside developing my “Frank Nitty & Friends” brand into a recognizable event platform that delivers a high-quality experience.
What can your fans expect from you next?
Fans can expect a steady stream of new music, elevated live performances, and more curated events. I’m continuing to refine my sound while pushing into new creative territory, along with building stronger collaborations. Overall, the goal is to deliver bigger records, better shows, and a more defined artistic identity moving forward.
