How did you first get into music production, and who is your biggest inspiration?
I’ve always been passionate about dance music and the energy it creates. DJing came first, but after a while I felt the need to express myself through my own productions instead of just playing other people’s music. Over the years I’ve had the chance to release tracks on labels like Armada, Stealth, Quantize and many others, and every experience has helped shape my sound. As for inspiration, Roger Sanchez has always been one of my biggest influences. I’ve always admired his groove, his consistency and the way he has stayed true to House music while constantly evolving.
What is the story behind your latest release/mashup?
“That’s House” is my debut release on Work Records, the label founded by Olav Basoski, and it’s a track created together with Jame Starck. The idea behind the record was to capture the true essence of house music while bringing our own modern vision and energy into it.
We wanted to create a timeless club track built around a driving groove, soulful influences, and the kind of feeling that connects directly with the dancefloor. “That’s House” is a tribute to the roots of classic house music, but with a sound and attitude that fits perfectly into today’s clubs.
During the production process, we focused on keeping things refined and powerful at the same time, letting the groove and the energy speak for themselves. For us, the track represents what house music is all about: simplicity, soul, and the ability to make people move.
Having this release on Work Records makes it even more special, and we’re excited to share “That’s House” with DJs and house music lovers around the world on August 13th.
What is the most memorable moment from your recent live sets?
For me, the most memorable moments are always those moments when you feel a real connection with the crowd. That instant exchange of energy is what makes every performance special.
Playing internationally has given me some incredible memories, from the vibrant atmosphere of Miami, performing at events such as Miami Massive at Nikki Beach and other showcases across the city, to experiences like Amsterdam Dance Event, where the global electronic music community comes together and the energy is truly unique.
But what excites me the most today is still the same thing that inspired me from the beginning: seeing people connect with my music. Playing unreleased tracks and watching the crowd react instantly, even when they’re hearing them for the first time, has been an amazing feeling.
Those moments remind me that music goes beyond locations and borders. Whether it’s Miami, Amsterdam, Italy or any other dancefloor around the world, the real magic happens when the crowd and the artist become part of the same experience.
What are your main goals for your music career this year?
This year my main focus is releasing more original music, growing the project I’m building with Jame Starck, and reaching even more people around the world through our productions and live performances.
At the same time, I want to keep developing my sound while staying true to the House music roots that have always defined me.
What can your fans expect from you next?
There’s a lot of new music on the way.
Fans can expect fresh original releases, exciting collaborations, and several new projects with Jame Starck. We’re constantly in the studio working on new ideas, and many of those tracks will be road-tested during my DJ sets before they’re officially released.
My goal is simple: keep delivering quality music that feels authentic, timeless and made for the dancefloor.
